How do you place an order?
To order products from Animal Attractions Television simply go to our online store. We accept all major credit cards.

How do we ship your products to you?
Animal Attractions Television currently delivers our products in the United States via online ordering. Within the United States we offer delivery via US Mail, Federal Express, and UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight. US Priority Mail and Federal Express Ground service can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days. If you are in a rush, we can send your products via Federal Express Overnight.

Order Timeframes
Most orders ship within 48 hours of the time your order is placed.

Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery service however if your item is shipped via USPS they do deliver on Saturday for normal delivery.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Eastern Time to be shipped the same business day. Expedited orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Please note that ground orders may take 1 to 2 business days to be processed and shipped, but will arrive within 10 business days.

What is Animal Attractions Television Return Policy?
Animal Attractions Television will gladly refund you if you return your item still sealed in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit for the amount paid.

How do you exchange a product?
If you would like to return or exchange a product please contact us at customerservice@animalattractionstv.com to request a Return Authorization. Please include the reason for the return in your email. We suggest that you insure your package in the unlikely event we do not receive the product you will be protected. For exchanges, once we receive the product we will send you the product you selected in return. If the new product you selected is out of stock we will contact you with the expected ship date. If you choose not to wait we will immediately refund you. For returns, if you paid by credit card we will issue a refund to your credit card for the cost of the products, including sales tax if applicable. We do not refund any shipping costs unless the product is defective.
