HERE'S THE POOP
Emergencies are stressful enough without a pet. Adding a pet to the mix can make life even more hectic. Have a plan in place before an emergency happens. Take a pet first aid course, have important phone numbers in a place that you know where they are and most importantly stay calm when the unexpected happens. The best thing you can do is be prepared. You never know when your pet will need you the most.
PET FIRST AID COURSE Pet First Aid Courses are taught throughout the United States by the American Red Cross. Please contact your local chapter of the American Red Cross to find a class in your area. Also check out there website to purchase your own instructional book.
